CNC Drive Program: Class 2 and Class 3 Driver Training

The College of New Caledonia (CNC), in partnership with WorkBC, is offering a fully funded 18-week driver training program for individuals interested in pursuing a career in commercial driving.

Program Dates: July 20 – November 20, 2026
Location: Quesnel Campus

Participants will receive:

  • Class 2 and Class 3 driver training
  • Air Brakes certification
  • First Aid certification
  • WHMIS training
  • Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) certification
  • Defensive Driver training
  • Job search support

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must:

  • Be 19 years of age or older
  • Hold a valid Class 5 or Class 6 B.C. driver’s licence
  • Have at least two years of non-learner driving experience
  • Have fewer than four penalty points on their driving record
  • Pass a driver’s medical examination and vision screening
  • Be determined eligible by WorkBC
