Leadership & Management Roles:
Manager – Operations Special Projects (Salary: $227,000 – $260,000 | 3/2 rotation) Lead planning and execution of processing plant upgrades and infrastructure improvements. Requires Bachelor’s in Engineering/Construction Management, 15+ years experience with 5+ years leadership.
Manager – Tailings & Water (Salary: $227,677 – $254,988 | 3/2 rotation) Strategic oversight of all tailings and water systems. Requires Bachelor’s/Master’s in Engineering/Hydrology, 10+ years experience with 5+ years leadership.
Superintendent – Health & Safety (Salary: $138,444 – $173,056 | 2/2 rotation) Lead implementation of Health and Safety Management Program. Requires 10+ years Safety leadership in Superintendent role, 5+ years OHS Systems Management experience.
Superintendent – Roads (Salary: $99,507 – $124,384 | Based in Vanderhoof Office) Lead planning and execution of road maintenance activities across FSR segments and site auxiliary roads. Serve as Coordinating Registered Professional for Road Use Permit. Requires RPF or P.Eng., 5+ years forest road construction/maintenance experience.

Chief Engineer – Operations Special Projects (Salary: $173,056 – $190,361 | 3/2 rotation) Expert engineering guidance for operations projects. Requires Bachelor’s in Engineering, P.Eng or eligible, 7-10+ years mining engineering experience.
Senior Industrial Hygienist (Salary: $121,139 – $151,424 | 2/2 rotation) Develop and implement industrial hygiene programs. Requires B.Sc./Master’s in OHS or Industrial Hygiene, ROHT or CRST certification, 15+ years experience.
Development Supervisor – Mine Ops (Salary: $140,608 – $154,668 | 2/2 rotation) Responsible for safely achieving drilling, blasting and dewatering targets. Requires Valid BC Mine Supervisor Certificate, BC Shiftboss Certificate, 5+ years open pit mining supervisory experience leading teams of 30+.
Supervisor – Mobile Maintenance, Welding (Salary: $140,608 – $154,669 | 2/2 rotation) Oversee welding operations and structural integrity of mining equipment. Requires 5+ years welding/fabrication supervisory experience.
Lead – Emergency Response (Salary: $99,507 – $124,384 | 2/2 rotation) Develop and maintain Mine Rescue Team training and Emergency Response Plan. Requires 10+ years ERT leadership, BC Surface Mine Rescue certification.
Metallurgist (Salary: $112,486 – $140,608 | 2/2 rotation) Provide technical metallurgical support to processing plant. Requires degree in Metallurgy/Mineral Engineering, 4+ years experience.
Environment Advisor (Salary: $99,507 – $124,384 | 2/2 rotation) Provide direction on Management Plans and permit compliance. Requires Bachelor’s in Biology/Environmental Science, RPBio eligible, 5-10 years experience.
Short Range Mine Planner (Salary: $99,507 – $124,384 | 2/2 rotation) Oversee mine planning functions. Requires Bachelor’s in Mine/Civil Engineering, 3-5 years experience, E.I.T. eligible.
Contracts Engineer (Salary: $99,507 – $124,384 | 2/2 rotation) Develop and manage contracts for operational requirements. Requires Bachelor’s in Supply Chain/Business/Engineering, procurement and mining experience.
Mine Technologist (Salary: $82,202 – $102,752 | 2/2 rotation) Technical support for drilling and blasting activities. Requires Mine Technologist Diploma, 3+ years experience, Deswik proficiency.
Senior Technician – Environment (Salary: $82,201 – $102,752 | 2/2 rotation) Lead environmental field program execution. Requires technical diploma with Environmental/Biological focus, 3-5 years experience.
Skilled Trades & Operations:
Boom Truck Operator (Hourly: $57.31 | 2/2 rotation) Safely operate boom truck and cranes. Requires Red Seal Boom Truck Operator, Class 1 license, 5+ years experience.
Mill Operator (Hourly: $45.79 | 2/2 rotation) Operate processing plant equipment. Requires Gold Process Plant Experience (Min. OP 3 Level), CIL and multistage crushing experience.
Metallurgical Technician (Hourly: $40.71 | 2/2 rotation) Monitor reagents and conduct metallurgical test work. Requires high school diploma with Chemistry 12, Pre-Calculus 12, Physics 11/12.
Mine Service Crew – Grade Control (Hourly: $40.71 | 2/2 rotation) Collect grade control samples from RC drill. Requires valid Class 5 license, attention to detail, computer skills.
Student Opportunities:
Co-Op Student – Environment (Hourly: $25.00 | 2/2 rotation | 8-month term starting May 2026) Support environmental field programs. Requires enrollment in Environmental/Biological diploma or degree program. Preference for co-op students and local candidates.
Summer Student – Environment (Hourly: $25.00 | 2/2 rotation | May-August 2026) Support environmental field programs. Requires enrollment in Environmental/Biological diploma or degree program. Preference for local candidates.
