Learn to create your own ribbon shirt in this hands-on sewing workshop.
Lhoosk’uz Dené Nation is hosting a Ribbon Shirt Workshop on Friday, July 10, 2026, for community members interested in learning the basics of sewing while creating a unique ribbon shirt.
No sewing experience is necessary. Participants will be introduced to basic sewing techniques and guided through the process of making their own ribbon shirt. All materials, including the shirt, will be provided, along with a light meal.
Workshop Details
- Date: Friday, July 10, 2026
- Youth Class: 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. (Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.)
- Adult Class: 3:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
- Location: 103–231 Anderson Drive
