Childcare Engagement Session – Elders & Youth

Location: Band Office, Lhoosk’uz Dené Nation

Lhoosk’uz Dené Nation, in partnership with the BC Aboriginal Child Care Society (BCACCS), invites community members to participate in a dedicated Childcare Engagement Session focused on Elders and Youth.

This session is an opportunity to share knowledge, experiences, and perspectives to help shape childcare services in the community.

Incentives for participation, including grand prizes for engagement and completed surveys will be awarded!

Schedule:

• Elders Session: 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. (snacks and lunch provided)
• Youth Session: 3:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. (snacks and dinner provided)

We encourage participation to ensure all voices are heard in building culturally grounded childcare supports.

The Fine Print

Attendees must be a member or staff associate of Lhoosk’uz Dené Nation.

No travel or accommodations will be provided.

Out-of-town members will be emailed the survey.
