Lhoosk’uz Dené Nation is undertaking a Comprehensive Community Planning (CCP) process and is inviting all members to take part.
A CCP is an opportunity to come together as a community to identify priorities and opportunities for the future of the Nation. Your voice is a vital part of this process.
We are asking community members to complete a survey to share their vision for Lhoosk’uz Dené Nation, including your needs, priorities, and how you would like to stay engaged. The survey also includes optional demographic questions to help us better understand who is participating and to plan effectively for the future.
All responses are confidential. Your name will not be connected to your answers, and no personal information will be collected unless you choose to provide it.

Paper copies are also available at the band office and can be returned there once completed.
